Managing Broker Pre-Licensing

This 24-Hour Indiana Managing Broker course covers core topics essential to the development of a real estate managing broker. Specifically, the course covers and checks the managing broker’s knowledge of critical topics that include brokerage operation laws and start-up, business financing and planning, broker affiliation and compensation, earnest money and trust accounts, advertising and consumer protection, social media, recruiting and professional development, prospecting, fraud, and meditation and arbitration.
The law requires that to qualify for the managing broker eligibility you must:
- Hold an “Active” broker license for at least 2 years
- Complete a 24-hour managing broker course
- Once you qualify, you can apply to the commission for the eligibility
